We have operated on the Polish concrete market for many years but we specialize in production of high quality commodity concrete for building and road industry. Our daughter company – BAUTECH Polska Sp. z o.o. is in charge of sale and further prefabrication of concrete.
We produce concrete mixtures only of reliable attested raw materials, which guarantee high quality of our products, which were granted all the required approvals and certificates. We offer regular and special concrete, hydrotechnical mixtures used for building of roads and bridges, straight concrete for road pavements, resistant to chemical aggression with increased resistance to grinding. We also use the whole range of chemical admixtures and additives for concrete, which improve properties of a product, in accordance with the requirements of production.
Technological process and production of concrete mixture are fully automatic (computer controlled), thanks to which the actual output on our ELBA concrete mixing plant ranges from 400 to 600 m3 of concrete per 24h. We perform laboratory tests of each batch of the produced concrete, which allows for full control of production, in accordance with the standard PN-EN 206-1 and we issue applicable approvals, declarations of conformity and quality certificates for our products.
We also have recipes for production of stabilizing mass used in construction of national roads and motorways, approved by the Road Laboratory at GDDKiA.
